Olga's House is at the 3rd floor of an ancient building almost in front of the Uffizi Gallery. There is no elevator and is to be considered that each floor of ancient buildings is higher than in modern ones.
My flight arrives at 19:35. Would I be able to check in between 20:00 and 21:00?

at your arrival time maybe the rooms will be not ready, in case you can leave the baggage inside after 10:00 the codes to enter the builduing and the common will be valid from the morning.

Hello, if you park in the garages of the city center you can enter the ZTL, you can't anyway arrive in front of Olga's House as it is in the walking area. Garage in the city center's prices start from 25,00 €/day for bigger cars the price is higher.

it depend, parking of the city center prices start from 25 € per day, depending on car dimension, or you can leave the car at Villa Costanza, where prices start from 7 € per day
